The Revista Andaluza de Medicina del Deporte is the official organ of scientific expression of the Centro Andaluz de Medicina del Deporte (CAMD) (Andalusian Center for Sports Medicine), a public institution under the Counselling of Education, Culture and Sports of the Andalusian Government (Spain).

It was founded in 2008 and its frecuency is quaterly (with 4 issues per year).

The Revista Andaluza de Medicina del Deporte will consider for publication those original works, submitted exclusively to the Journal, which are related with Sciences of Sports.

Its abbreviated title is Rev. andal. med. deporte, which should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, bibliographical references and strips.
