To reach both the entire community of scholars and anyone interested in being informed and getting involved in discussions on health-applied bioethics, safety, new technologies and environment, among other issues. Bioethical issues are addressed from a framework based on respect for Human Rights and with a diverse, secular and interdisciplinary methodological approach. Upon this, the journal aims to provide reliable and contrasted scientific information standing close to a rational and reasonable humanistic argumentation that will contribute to the definition and selection of bioethical problems and will help citizens to get involved in their discussion.
