Abstract
SANCHEZ-BARRANCO RUIZ, Antonio; SANCHEZ-BARRANCO VALLEJO, Pablo and SANCHEZ-BARRANCO VALLEJO, Ignacio. Historic reconstruction of the Jacques Lacan's work. Rev. Asoc. Esp. Neuropsiq. [online]. 2006, vol.26, n.1, pp.107-131. ISSN 2340-2733.
This paper provides a historical reconstruction of those fundamental concepts with which Lacan (1901-1981) enriched the psychoanalytic theory and technique. Being reviewed from a structural, anthropological, linguistic, and topological framework, our ultimate goal is to demonstrate that Lacan´s work represents more than a mere return to the Freudian theory. Furthermore, Jacques Lacan´s controversial and original ideas generated a passionate debate, as well as the foundations for a new and genuine school of thought within the psychoanalysis.
Keywords : Lacan; Freud; Psychoanalysis; Structuralism; Anthropology; Linguistic; Topology.
