Abstract

ALMANSA MARTINEZ, Pilar. What is the creative thought. Index Enferm [online]. 2012, vol.21, n.3, pp.165-168. ISSN 1699-5988.  https://dx.doi.org/10.4321/S1132-12962012000200012.

The creative process is a method of solution of problems. When there arise new or old problems that we cannot solve with the known answers, there is revealed the need to think in a different way, to reinvent, to re-define, to create new and original solutions. The creativity is a universal and innate capacity, which we we all possess in different degrees and is a necessary quality in the development of any artistic or scientific activity. Nevertheless, it has been very little studied from nursing in spite of the fact that to speak about creative thought is to speak about the world of the ideas, about progress and about future. Objective: To think about the importance of the style of thought in the creativity and the need to stimulate her and nurses to promote it from the different environments nurses. Provided that the creativity can be learned, to increase the creative contributions in the collective nurse is necessary to develop the creative individual thought from the educational and institutional environment.

Keywords : Creativity; Creative thought; Thought nurse.
