Abstract

Inflammatory ringworm is a relatively frequent pathology in pediatric population. It is necessary to make the differential diagnosis with other skin diseases like bacterial infection. In our country, the empirical anti-infectious recommended agent, griseofulvin, has supply problems, although there are alternatives that could be interesting.
