Abstract

Introduction:

Care is an activity that nursing substitutes also perform, contributes to maintaining people's health. Labor multifunctionality, and salary inequality may affect the work satisfaction, and organizational commitment.

Methodolody:

Quantitative, correlational, observational, and transversal study. It was developed in Aguascalientes. A non-probabilistic sample conformed by thirtynine participants was employed. The instruments "Satisfacción Laboral S20/23" (Meliá y Peiro) and "Compromiso organizacional" (Meyer y Allen) were applied for this study. The normality test showed an abnormal distribution. "Rho de Sperman" was applied.

Conclusion:

The results of the study reveal that the better work satisfaction, the better organizational commitment.
