Results and conclusions.
A direct and positive relation between the practice of physical exercise in schoolchildren and the improvement of academic performance. To obtain a positive influence on the academic performance, it is necessary to perform physical activity for an estimated time between 30-90 minutes per day or 2 to 5 hours per week, with a moderate intensity. Finally, it is verified that schoolchildren who perfom physical activity according to the guidlines mentioned above, are better at planning their study hours.
