From the nursing metaparadigm, the adopted child and his family are the persons, health is analyzed from the Ochaita and Espinosa's Theory of Needs Children's point of view, the environment from the Ecological Theory of Human Development from Bronfenbrenner, and the care is analyzed Theory of Needs Henderson.
