PORTELLA RIBEIRO, J. et al. Implicaciones del ambiente en el desarrollo del proceso de trabajo de enfermería: una revisión integradora. Enferm. glob. [online]. 2012, vol.11, n.27, pp.379-387. ISSN 1695-6141.  https://dx.doi.org/10.4321/S1695-61412012000300021.

This is an integrative literature review, whose objective was to identify in the academic productions the implication of the work environment on the development of the work process of the nursing team. The bibliographic survey was conducted online in the Virtual Health Library, and found sixteen scientific productions, of which six were selected. The analysis of the articles led to the identification of two themes: the working conditions of nursing and who assists the caregiver? From the study, it can be identified that some working conditions affect negatively the effectiveness of the actions of the labor process and health of nurses. Moreover, it is noted a paradox, the caregiver does not know how assists the customer-colleague, nor of himself. Therefore, it is suggested to the nurses that encourage health promotion strategies of the nursery personnel, toensure a healthy work environment.
