Home care has been a service informally provided from past centuries. As a health service it was standardized by means of RD 1030/2006, in the portfolio of common services of the National Health System. The environment can be described from different perspectives. In this case, the environment description has been approached from the economic discipline, based on the subjective theory of value, which relates the provider-client according to the Selfcare Agency. It creates differents situations that in the event that are related to each other, it allows the formalization of home care.
