The new model theoretical classification of skin lesions after several decades of application and use of the conceptual framework of the Drs. B. Braden and N. Bergstrom is news to take into account for its immediate effects. Objective: Interpret the opinions of the Navarra nursing on the new theoretical framework of skin lesions related to the dependence. Method: Study interpretative phenomenological by semistructured interview and battery of quick words to the Complejo Hospitalario de Navarra nurses carrying out a course of continuing education in prevention of skin lesions related to the unit. Results and conclusions: 4 categories (change, prevention, training and registration), grouped in 2 topics main (solution and problem). Change that made training draws attention to prevention as main theme based on training. The difficulty of putting it into practice is played in all of them to the same address, the registration program.
