Methods and results: We report a case of papillary urothelial carcinoma of urachus in a 73-year-old woman. The patient was treated with complete surgical extirpation and partial cystectomy. ConclusiOCLUSION: The recognition of urachal remnants as vestigial structures and pathologic lesions of the urachus is important.
