Abstract

Case report: We report the case of a 33-year-old pregnant female with severe preeclampsia who developed serous retinal detachments and HELLP syndrome. Discussion: Following delivery by Caesarian section, there was spontaneous resolution of the serous retinal detachments, with residual pigmentary changes of the retinal pigment epithelium. The patient recovered normal vision.
