Introducing the first tweezer adjusted to the newest lighting technology though ultra-bright diode, without cables nor optical fiber to obtain the proper illumination of dark and hard acces caves, and thanks to its insulating cover, and its free point allows the cauterization under good illumination of bloody vasels without injurying sites of accidental supports of its branches.
