It is well known the variety of surgical techniques for nasal reconstruction, but it is good to have an alternative that offers restore tissue defect with zygomatic cheek flap, which well managed, allows reaching the threedimensional nasal reconstruction and subsequent camouflage of the scars. In this study we found the versatility of the cheek zigomatic flap in nasal reconstruction post cancer defects.
