The reconstruction of a complete defect of the upper eyelid can be a difficult task due to its complexity, according to remain tissue at the time of the reconstruction, in order to achieve an anatomical, functional and aesthetic result. Since the main objective is to protect the eyeball, we must not forget that aesthetics is also important to the patient. This article reports a reconstructive technique in one stage used in a clinical case, with dynamic and aesthetic result on the total eyelid reconstruction and complete patient´s satisfaction.
