Masseteric hypertrophy is a benign condition that can be appear in an asymmetric or symmetric form. Aesthetics is the main problem. Many treatments have been proposed, the surgical alternative is the most predictable and radical. We present the case of a 15 year-old girl with asymmetric masseteric hypertrophy who is surgically treated and then monitored for 6 years without recurrences.
