We comment the clinical case of a patient with antecedent of prostatic hyperplasia surgically intervened that presents later years a marked increase of the prostatic specific antigen (PSA). This increment takes place in the context of a hyperthyroidism episode. We discuss the possible association between the increase of the PSA and thyroid illness.
