A foucalist view at the silence of the war that nursing lives, where the medicalized rationality lef's articulate the pastoral power and the social control anxiated by the stated. The nursing docility, it's power in frot of individuals and collectivities, as well as the weight it ostents in the hegemonic sanitary systems. Draws an utility centralized in the construction of the heteronomous subjectivity in the peoples and collectivities health, distancing the discipline from it’s own fundamental ethical principles an from it’s final ideal.
