Objective: To know, from the glance of the social and health services providers, the attention in health to the women in displacement situation. Methods: Qualitative study between April and August of 2008. 12 semistructured interviews to social and health services providers that take care of the displaced population in the local scope, regional, national were realized. Results: The women are perceived by the social and health services providers with their altered health and great suffering. This deterioration in health begins from the same moment of the violent act and continues in the city of establishment. There is an emptiness in the attention in health, being the remission to other institutions, the act par excellence that characterizes the attention. There is no coordination between the institutions to pay an attention in health, and it is not had local statistics of the attention in health in this population, that allows them to orient its integral handling. Conclusions: These women are harmed in their health on the part of armed actors and are harmed in their right to the attention in ealth, due to the breach between the law on the attention in health and its real implementation.
