Breakthrough pain can be incidental, idiopathic and related to the final dose. Incidental pain in turn can be predictable or unpredictable. Cancer patients often must be subjected to diagnostic tests and therapeutic breakthrough pain that cause incidental predecible. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of fentanyl intranasal pectin (FINP) as an analgesic, sedative and anxiolytic in patients interve diagnostic and therapeutic hysteroscopy of gynecological diseases such as extrapolable control those tests group causing breakthrough pain incidental predictable in cancer patients.
