The imminent introduction of electronic prescriptions, an essential element for improving quality in health care, as well as a key tool to control costs. It is necessary to identify the role they should have different health workers involved in its development. For this, we must know and possibly later to analyze the results of the pilot carried out in the different autonomous regions involved in the project, to provide answers to the questions that have application in different organizations involved, both doctors, nurses, pharmacists, professional associations and laboratories. A very important aspect is the computerization and supports it safely between them, ensuring all matters relating to the confidentiality and security of transactions. This is possible if we define the role they have to have health workers, according to the results of the pilot projects implemented by communities to implement e-prescribing, and based on the MSC give them the criteria of coordination of different models to arrive at an integrated model for the whole NHS.
