The testimony assessment on sexual abuse on children is one of the most difficult issues which forensic psychologists have to cope with as a part of their functions, that consist mainly in making several psychological assessments commanded by judges, public prosecutors or lawyers who represent the parts in conflict within penal procedures. A major responsibility lies on psychologist in testimony assessment on sexual abuse on children cases, since these generally consist on incidents happened in the most strict intimacy, therefore there are frequently two witnesses: the perpetrator and the victim of abuse. This article has been elaborated with a base from different studies by several authors about this issue, with the aim of getting an useful information for the clinical practice. After researching different techniques proposed by specialised literature about this area, it is proposed a quantitative assessment based on the integration of all the data that influence on the child development.
