Traumatic dental avulsion is a dental emergency. Reinsertion and fixation of the tooth requires an appropriate preservation of the vitality of the periodontal tissues. In these cases, the success of this procedure depends on time, carefull handling and storage of the avulsed tooth in an appropiate media.
