From a quality study that aimed to build a theoretical model about the understanding of the Health Care System, interdisciplinary and integrality actions were pointed out as important tools of health care actions. The purpose of this text was to discuss the integrality and the interdisciplinary actions of health care as a tool; as well as responsibility as an ethical principle for health care actions. Some thoughts arouse as to the review of the health care system regarding integrated and interdisciplinary models that meet the realistic demands and dimensions of human nature in health care scenarios.
