This article is based on a clinical case of a patient with pluripatológica Psoriatic Erythroderma was institutionalized in a nursing home. The methodology of the study is observational and prospective. During her stay up a specific and individualized nursing care, based on NANDA diagnoses, NOC expected results according to classification and NIC nursing interventions classification was applied. Nursing assessment for the basic needs of 14 V. Henderson were used and four were selected nursing diagnoses, planning nursing interventions according to defined objectives and agreed between the patient and the nursing staff.
