The confluence of different agents in the hospitals centers can generate the malfunction of the welfare processes if these are not normalized and orientated to the needs of the patients. Till now, the structure of the above mentioned centers has followed an organizational matrix form that has generated difficulties for the welfare practice, provoking the break of continuity of taken care. A bibliographical review of the topic has been realized in the present work, which results justify the need to implant models of management for processes that normalize the actions and diminish the variability in order to offer to the patients the major quality, safety and continuity.
