Introduction: Since our country began to administer the vaccine, some controversy has accompanied the vaccine against Human Papilloma Virus, the absence of long-term results and communication of complications in press. There may be some suspicion by practitioners recommend it. We propose to know what nurses recommend the vaccine. Methods: Observational cross study. We surveyed a group of nurses about their opinions about the vaccine against papillomavirus. Results: A total of 212 nurses. Almost 73% recommend the vaccine, influencing the workplace. 59% believe that condoms prevent transmission but this does not influence the attitude towards the vaccine. Conclusions: Almost a quarter of nurses surveyed would not recommend the vaccine to their patients. There is a need to study more deeply the reasons of these professionals.
