Health is a lifelong process. People need care: care belongs to themselves. Along this continuous process you may receive a health problem. A chronic health problem is a vital process which involves alterations on care. The study‘s objective is analyses that changes. First, people‘s formal representation is based on the Basic Conditioning Factors. Second, we proceed to the analysis of the effect on the capabilities and needs in the presence of selected chronic conditions based on Universal Self-Care Requisites. Caring for people with chronic health issuess is an exercise of analysis that goes beyond chronic issues. For that, it requires a study first of the person.
