Cases of rapes are situations in which the security of people is affected as a result of the conjunction of a series of variables, both external and internal to the person, which must be investigated. Judicial sentences are instruments that gather information about these situations of sex offense. Therefore, it is proposed to analyze these documents for the extraction of those elements from the point of view of care. For the fulfillment of this objective, a deductive method is applied, obtaining as a result the identification of a set of variables that make it possible to evaluate the security of people.
