Basic Information

Dynamis. Acta Hispanica ad Medicinae Scientiarumque Historiam Illustrandam is an international journal founded in 1981 devoted to the history of medicine, health and science, that pays special attention to novel and interdisciplinary historiographic perspectives. It is edited by the Universidad de Granada and the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona.

It offers original, double peer-reviewed research studies (articles, notes or documents) and reviews in languages of the European Union.

Dynamis is published, since 2011, twice a year, and each printed issue consists of 250 pages. Its contents are accessible without any restriction in open access repositories such as RACO, DDD and SciELO.

The journal is published with support from the Vice Rector's Office for Scientific Policy and Researh of the University of Granada; the HUM-773 research group of History of Medicine of the University of Granada; the Research Vice-Rectorship of the Autonomous University of Barcelona; the University of Cantabria and the Miguel Hernández University (Alicante).

Its abbreviated title is Dynamis (Granada), which should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, bibliographical references and strips.
