SANCHEZ-GARCIA, Juan Carlos et al. Influence of physical exercise on quality of life during pregnancy and postpartum: systematic review. []. , 33, 5, pp.1-9. ISSN 1699-5198.  https://dx.doi.org/10.20960/nh.514.

A systematic review has been conducted whose main objective was to evaluate the effects of physical exercise, supervised, as well as individual exercise, in women during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. A systematic review of randomized clinical trials (RCTs) was performed to meet the criteria of the review protocol 'Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses' (PRISMA). It was registered on the website: http://www.crd.york.ac.uk/PROSPERO/, and was assigned the registration number of CRD42016039371. Electronic databases were used in these searches, applying the inclusion criteria of 'Complete CINAHL', 'Web of Science', 'Scopus' and 'MEDLINE.' 352 articles have been identified that met the inclusion criteria. After a series of screens, that are described below, they were included in the RS 12 randomized clinical trials. After analyzing the articles, the observed results were that supervised exercises that were done with a moderate intensity and duration greater than 6 weeks, obtained statistically significant results in the quality of a woman's life.
