^les^aPresentamos un nuevo caso de enteritis eosinofílica que debutó como abdomen agudo y cuyo diagnóstico fue postoperatorio. Tras el tratamiento quirúrgico no ha tenido recurrencia de la enfermedad y no ha precisado esteroides. ^len^aWe report a new case of eosinophilic enteritis whose first manifestation was acute abdomen and the diagnosis was done postoperatively. After surgery the patient hasn't had recurrence of the symptoms and he hasn't required esteroids.
