This technique with local anesthetic is a safe procedure, his risk, though infrequent; include seizures, pneumothorax, spinal block and others. These complications can be minimized with adequate monitoring, surveillance and resources in order to diagnostic and treatment of complications. We present a case with spinal block following stellate ganglion blockade.
