^les^aEl diagnóstico de estrangulación antebraquial suele presentar dificultades debido a las escasas lesiones, tanto externas como internas, que se objetivan, por lo que en ocasiones resulta difícil establecer este mecanismo asfíctico como responsable de la muerte. Al mismo tiempo, destaca la importancia de un diagnóstico adecuado por las implicaciones, casi siempre homicidas, que conlleva. Se presenta el caso de estrangulación antebraquial de una joven por su expareja, un varón invidente.^len^aThe diagnosis of forearm strangulation use to be difficult because there's very few external and internal injuries.
