The thyroid metastasis of renal carcinoma is a very rare entity; in most cases, the diagnosis is obtained after necropsy. We report one clinical case of thyroid metastasis from a renal carcinoma presenting as a cold node seven years after nephrectomy. We perform a bibliographic review.
