RIBE BUITRON, José Miguel. "Behind the scenes of psychopharmachology: The biopsychosocial influence on psychopharmacology in the diagnosis and treatment of depressive disorders". Rev. Asoc. Esp. Neuropsiq. [online]. 2010, vol.30, n.3, pp.447-464. ISSN 2340-2733.

This article reflects on the influence of biopsychosocial factors on the psychofarmacology of depressive disorders, with relation to both diagnosis and prescribing habits. Whilst recognising that biological factors predominate in the present day, it highlights the need for an understanding of social and psychological factors in daily prescribing practice.
