We are presenting the case of a patient with Rokitansky Syndrome who had a vaginal infection six years after the reconstruction of a neovagina with splint-thickness skin graft. The infection was caused by the human papilloma virus. After the appropriate treatment, the patient healed and the lesions disappeared completely.
