Abstract

This article is focused on describing the methodology used in the creation of a conflict situation and psychological harassment at work resolution procedure. The described procedure is part of a preventive design line of work intended to constitute an action plan to prevent violence within a healthcare organization. Its main feature is the importance given to the co-responsability of every member of the organization in terms of creating and implementing the preventive measures that constitute the preventive program itself.
