A comparative analysis of the guides of rating evaluation assessment of job requirements is made: the Guide to Professional Evaluation INSS, the MERCAL and the Improved Guide Institute of Biomechanics of Valencia, highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each of them and bet towards convergence of all of them in a single unified tool.
