The study of 2367 cases of MC-Mutual, which have been professional contingency high in 2007, with report-processing proposed clinical-work. The greatest degree of overlap is between the Social Court (JS) and the Superior Tribunal of Justice (TSJ), being of 89.28%, followed by Mutual with INSS in an 81.59%. There are differences in the assessment of the degree of sequel for the different classes. The less overlap between Mutual and INSS is in permanent partial disability.
