Abstract

The National Institute of Social Security (INSS) is the managing body of the Spanish social security, with legal personality, which is entrusted with the management and administration of the economic benefits of the social security system. The protective action of the Social Security System includes, among others, the economic benefits for temporary disability and permanent disability.
