The Pancoast tumor is a known form of presentation of lung cancer. In spite of it, due to its manifestation way, both clinical and radiographic, makes that this kind of patients often do not be diagnosed correctly, being sent first to the ortho-paedics clinics, which produces an unnecessary delay in their diagnosis and treatment.
