The home care to the terminal patients is a more and more frequent situation inside the environment of the Primary Health Care. A great number of these patients will evolve, for different reasons, to the loss of the oral route. In these cases, the election method is going to be the subcutaneous route. This it is a route of simple use, which presents few complications and it allows the patient to continue in his home, improving this way his quality of life.
