The hypertrophyc cardiomyopathy is a cardiac affectation characterized by an alteration of the diastolic function (difficulty in the easing phase and ventricular filling) and increasing of the contractibility, in absence of an unfetter cause (arterial hypertension, aortic estenotic, etc.). We present the case of a patient of 38 years old who after being diagnosed of not obstructive hypertrophyc cardiomyopathy, the subsequent study achievement discover an affected and asintomatic familiar.
