FERIA LORENZO, Diego José; BARQUERO GONZALEZ, Ana and LEON LOPEZ, Rocío. Teacher Evaluation in the new University Degrees. Index Enferm [online]. 2011, vol.20, n.1-2, pp.106-110. ISSN 1699-5988. https://dx.doi.org/10.4321/S1132-12962011000100022.
Besides from assessing the students, the evaluation must allow and be focused on the teachers' learning. This educational action goes beyond academics to impregnate the society, which receives it by the means of qualified professionals, so that teachers must be able to produce it with full responsibility. We intend to reflect on this process, as an attempt of adaptation to the new requirements ruled by the European Space for Higher Education. The development of new teaching strategies, which must become basic in active learning methodologies, focusing on students, should be a primary mission of teachers. This situation leads to changes in teaching culture, which involves updating of trainers and team building for coordination within the new adapted studies.
