A review was conducted in several databases, and then extracted the most relevant for the construction of the information. It is established that the main problems associated with night work revolve around gastric problems, and cardiovascular system. Similarly there are significant alterations associated with loss of family ties and social interaction. It is concluded that night work has an impact not only physiological, but psychological and social, which makes it necessary to implement health's policies that mitigate the associated risk factors.
