Abstract
OLIVER-MORA, Martí and INIGUEZ-RUEDA, Lupicinio. Identifying Health 2.0 experiences in primary care in Spain. Index Enferm [online]. 2017, vol.26, n.1-2, pp.72-76. ISSN 1699-5988.
Objective: To identify innovative experiences in the use of Web 2.0 technologies driven by primary care professionals in Spain which can contribute to improving the delivery of public services. Methods: Qualitative research based on the Web Sphere Analysis method. Non-participant observation and snowball techniques were used to identify innovative experiences on-line. Results: We identified 15 experiences driven by primary care professionals in Spain. These experiences can be classified according to the type of actors who interact (patient-patient, patient-professionals or professionals-professionals) and the type of platform used to promote such interaction (online doctor consultation services and virtual communities/social networks). Conclusions: The experiences identified typically offer innovative responses to social needs identified in the day by day of the health centers.
