Abstract

SANHUEZA LESPERGUER, Elizabeth del Tránsito  and  OTONDO BRICENO, Maite. Active methodologies in higher education to improve learning processes. Index Enferm [online]. 2020, vol.29, n.4, pp.257-261.  Epub Nov 01, 2021. ISSN 1699-5988.

The objective is to determine if the incorporation of active methogology improved the teaching-learning process. Mixed methodology is used through the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) as pre and posttest, semi-structured interview and focus group. The results show that the motivation levels did not vary significantly. However, the use of active methodologies allowed for the performance of the students to be autonomous and with the necessary skills for optimal management. The use of active methodologies encourages autonomy, significant learning and positive perception of performance.
