Achieving certainty in the diagnosis of subacute or chronic chest pain should be a basic goal to predict possible sudden death, as in this case, it was a sudden cardiac death: cardiac arrhythmia with an electrocardiographic pattern of Short PQ interval alongside a Long QT interval.
